King P. Kirchner, Owner Manager of Kirchner Inv, is a Petroleum and Mechanical engineer with degrees from OU and OSU respectively, who co-founded Unit Corporation in 1963 in Tulsa, Ok, an oil, gas & drilling NYSE listed public company. Mr. Kirchner retired as Chairman and CEO of Unit Corporation in 2003, and currently serves the company as Director Emeritus.
